PRESIDENT

Mark Dyer, Founder and CEO of Taymar Ventures, will provide comprehensive ticket sales strategy and execution for intercollegiate athletics departments, conferences, bowls and other organizations in the space.  Dyer, a college sports industry veteran, will serve as President of the new venture.  An architect of IMG College Ticket Solutions and IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions, Dyer has worked with some of the college and professional sports industry’s biggest brands, including the NFL and NASCAR.  Renowned as one of the most connected sales experts in the college sports ecosystem today, Dyer led the IMG College Business Ventures division to unprecedented growth from 2011 to 2017.  With an eye toward developing an innovative agency to provide comprehensive ticket sales strategy and management to the collegiate market, Dyer formed Taymar Ventures upon his departure from IMG in 2017.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chief Operating Officer and 10-year college industry veteran, Kim Parsons is responsible for business operations, strategy, finance and human resources, as well as technology and business development for Elevate On Campus.  For almost a decade, Parsons was a crucial member of the IMG College and IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions leadership team.  There, as the Vice President of Business Ventures, she played a critical role in the division growth strategy both organically, by leading several acquisitions, and with the formation of the IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions joint venture.  She led the IMG College Seating division between 2015 and 2017, managing more than 100 college, NFL and racing clients with more than half a million seats in circulation.  Most recently, Parsons was Chief Financial Officer for sister companies, Seating Solutions and DreamSeat, specializing in the sale and rental of permanent and temporary seats and interchangeable logo commercial grade furniture.  Additionally, she held a senior leadership role for the private equity firm, Gardiner Capital.  Parsons received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Miami and Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest.

The CEO of Elevate Sports Ventures, Al Guido was selected from among the industry’s most respected executives to lead a sports and entertainment agency unparalleled in experience and innovation. A 20-year veteran of the NFL, NHL and NBA, Guido holds the distinction of being the youngest executive NFL President in history.  As President of the San Francisco 49ers, Guido oversees all business operations which earned him both international and industry recognition, most recently earning him a place in Leaders in Sport’s renowned, global, “Leaders Under 40” class of 2018.

Before joining the 49ers in 2014, Guido held senior leadership roles with Legends and the Dallas Cowboys where he led a taskforce responsible for breaking industry records in PSL Sales. As a founding architect of Legends sports agency and venue consultancy, Guido was lead strategist behind many of the sports and entertainment industry’s most revered venues, construction/renovation projects, and brand restorations.

Guido began his career in the sports and entertainment industry with Comcast-Spectacor, owner and operator of the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers, NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers, AHL’s Philadelphia Phantoms, Comcast SportsNet and the Wachovia Complex. Guido later served as director of business development for the Lakewood Blueclaws (a minor-league affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies).

A decade-long Alternate Governor for the NBA and NHL, O’Neil is acting CEO over all properties in HBSE’s dynamic, global portfolio, including marquee teams, the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers and NHL’s New Jersey Devils.

With more than 20 years of experience in the NBA, NHL and NFL, O’Neil has earned a reputation as a leader of leaders, and is one of the most connected, dynamic and driven executives in the industry today. His reputation for authentic leadership, unparalleled drive to innovate, and emphasis on corporate culture has placed him at the forefront of the industry vanguard.

A former President of Madison Square Garden Sports, O’Neil was the key architect in some of the largest venue sponsorship deals in history, while overseeing the iconic New York Knicks (NBA) and New York Rangers (NHL). O’Neil spent seven years as the Senior Vice President of the NBA’s renowned Team Marketing and Business Operations group, where he advised NBA, WNBA and NBA Gatorade League teams. Earlier in his career, O’Neil served as the President of HoopsTV.com, served as Vice President of Sales for the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL) and began his career with the New Jersey Nets (NBA).

Tim Leiweke founded Oak View Group (OVG) in 2015 and serves as the company’s CEO.  With over 30 years of global sports and entertainment experience, Leiweke is a widely respected industry leader and has been deeply involved in the evolution of the NHL, NBA, and MLS.  Prior to OVG, Leiweke served as President and CEO of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE). It was during this time that Leiweke ranked fifth on the Sports Business Journal’s 50 Most Influential and eighth on Billboard’s 100 Most Powerful in Music – the only President and CEO to be included on both lists.

Prior to his role with MLSE, Leiweke served as the President and CEO of Anschultz Entertainment Group, Inc. (AEG) Worldwide where he led the company’s evolution into a global live entertainment organization capable of developing, producing, marketing, and managing sports and entertainment programming in its venues worldwide

Leiweke’s additional industry experience includes serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Skiing, President of the NBA’s Denver Nuggets, and Vice President of the Minnesota Timberwolves where he was hired as the first employee, charged with leading naming rights, marketing and sales for all events at the Target Center.

Jared Smith

Jared Smith is President of Ticketmaster and Executive Vice President of Live Nation, overseeing the world’s leading live event technology platform and services.  Under Smith’s leadership, Ticketmaster revolutionized the industry’s approach to technology and fan engagement, notably encouraging exploration of dynamic mobile ticketing technologies and the use of mobile tools to extend and enhance the live event experience from purchase to event day.  A driving force in Ticketmaster’s innovative initiatives, Smith led the transformation of the company’s award-wining, client-facing sales and support divisions. His focus on the creation of new fan-first, data-driven products, services and technology-driven marketing tools has solidified Ticketmaster’s stronghold in industry ticketing.

Smith was formerly Ticketmaster’s President of North America, and Chief Operating Officer; he is responsible for re-imagining the company’s approach to client, artist, and fan engagement and transformed its sales, product, and support organization.

Prior to joining Ticketmaster in 2003, he oversaw the administration, sales and marketing departments of the Columbus Civic Center in Columbus, Georgia and served as the Executive Director of the Quad Cities Sports Commission in Moline, Illinois.
