GENERAL MANAGER

Elevate On Campus’ General Manager – Ticket Sales position will be responsible for the overall athletic department relationship, property operations, and management of the EOC team.  The GM will uphold EOC’s performance culture by measuring individual goals against various different metrics while providing motivating selling initiatives that encourage teamwork.  The successful GM will be provided the opportunity for rapid career advancement to senior level positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the athletics department’s ticket operations, marketing, development and to ensure we are providing valuable input to ticket sales strategies and pricing along with overall customer service
  • Launch strategies and initiatives to increase new ticket sales for all inventory types and support current ticket holder retention
  • Provide leadership to manage all staffing of property team including training and professional development
  • Manage daily interactions with EOC senior management on property and individual performances
  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for the school’s Football, Basketball and other Athletic ticketed events, via phone and face-to-face presentations including, but not limited to, season tickets, flex ticket packages, group tickets, premium tickets, and premium hospitality packages
  • Direct focus on increasing group sales by launching innovative experiences to all ticketed sports
  • Ensure accurate data collection in the CRM system and liaise with partners to generate data analytics metrics
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as required. All ticketed home games will be worked in various capacities: prospecting appointments, sales tables, and game events
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals established by senior management team
